Since we process and print our ribbon in our own studio, most orders print and ship within 2 days. Why wait for custom orders?
Shipping Time:
We can ship your order, in some cases, the day the order is received (if the order is received before 11:00 am EST). How quickly the order gets to you is up to you. Next day, second day, and ground service is all available If you need it to ship the same day, you must let us know via email or with a phone call.... Otherwise, upgraded orders are processed in 1-2 days and other orders are generally within 4-5 days. Remember, let us know if you need your order quickly, and we can take care of it for you!
International Shipping:
We can ship outside of the U.S. Please allow additional time to clear customs. Call or e-mail us for shipping price quotes and estimated delivery times. There is an additional $10.95 customs processing fee.

Can I call and speak with a REAL person?
YES! If you phone within our business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST), not only will you be able to speak with a real person about your order, but a person who cares and is willing to help. You may call and get an answering machine if we are assisting another clients ... isn't this better than pressing ten different numbers just to be left on hold? Leave a message; it will be returned as soon as possible -- or fax or e-mail us a request to call you back.
Confirmation of my order:
Place your order using our secure order form and within 24 hours, we will respond via e-mail confirming your order and pricing. We will confirm that all is in stock and when it will be shipped.
What if I make a mistake or the computer totals my order wrong?
Don't worry. Again we use real people to review your order and answer your e-mail to confirm the order. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship the order and give you a confirmation total by e-mail. Always feel free to call with any questions.
Print on the Ribbon:
Can I have anything printed on the ribbon and or boxes other than "names and wedding date"? Yes. We are limited to printing 37 letters and spaces, however if you require more let us know. It will be possible to print more letters; we will just have to run the ribbon twice and there will be additional charges. Double stamp charge is 50% of ribbon total price, or a minimum of $7.00
Print on other items:
The maximum number of letters and spaces on napkins is 24. The maximum number of letters and spaces on matchbooks is 17.
Engravings on Glassware:
The item price includes two lines (names and date), no restrictions on length.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and money orders. Sorry, no personal checks can be accepted.
How does AmazingWeddings.com ship?
We ship via UPS and FedEx. Depending on your location or when you need the order, we will choose the best and most efficient method. Tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you when your order is shipped so that you may track your order. Shipping rates vary by location and weight and are based on UPS/FedEx published rates.
Corporate Printing:
We are a full service ribbon printing manufacturer. Our facility can handle large volume orders of 1000’s of rolls or one single roll. Contact us for more information on your specific needs. Most printing is completely custom and directed around your needs.
Wholesale Inquiries:
If you are a retail store and will be reselling our product contact us for wholesale pricing and information. We will need a request submitted on company letterhead along with a completed resale certificate. Upon receipt we will have a wholesale representative contact your about our custom printing and imported favors.
Secure Shopping:
It is safe to place an order with your credit card. We use the latest technology and secure servers to be sure that your information is safe. We do not sell or submit your information to anyone.
Returns
All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns do to the nature of our custom printing process. If we make an error in printing we will correct it immediately. |
